Refund rules for FlyGB eSIM orders, activation failures, duplicate payments, and unsupported device cases.
July 1, 2026Orders that have not been paid or fulfilled can be cancelled. Paid orders that have not generated an eSIM profile may be reviewed for refund.
Duplicate payments, provider payment errors, or orders that cannot be fulfilled are eligible for refund or manual review.
Activated or consumed eSIM profiles are generally non-refundable because telecom capacity is reserved immediately after delivery.
If a verified supplier or network fault prevents service and no reasonable fix is available, FlyGB may issue a full or partial refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. Crypto refunds may require a valid refund address and additional provider checks.
Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, network, and compliance review. Support may request order number, device model, screenshots, or error details.
