You are responsible for confirming that your device is unlocked and supports eSIM before purchase.
Prices are shown before checkout. Order snapshots, payment status, fulfillment status, and eSIM profile records are used as the operational source of truth.
You must keep account credentials secure and may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or network-disruptive activity.
Payment authorization does not guarantee successful fulfillment until the order is marked paid and the eSIM profile is delivered.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Support will investigate failed activation, duplicate payment, and supplier fulfillment issues using order and provider records.
FlyGB is not responsible for device incompatibility, local carrier outages, roaming restrictions, customer installation mistakes, or unsupported use outside the plan terms.
