Prepare your device before installing your delivered eSIM.
Confirm eSIM support for your exact model and region, a carrier-unlocked phone and a stable Wi-Fi connection. Keep the QR code private. Check the plan's activation rule before installing.
Open My eSIMs on another screen to scan the delivered QR code, or use the supplied manual installation details. Do not scan a test or demonstration code.
Open Settings, then Cellular or Mobile Data, and add an eSIM. Choose the QR option and scan the delivered code. If scanning is unavailable, use the supplied SM-DP+ and activation details for manual entry. Follow the on-screen prompts.
On supported Pixel phones, open Settings, Network & internet, SIMs, Add SIM, then set up an eSIM. Follow the QR prompts. Other Android menu names vary; use your manufacturer's instructions.
Select this eSIM for mobile data and enable its data roaming only as directed by the plan. Follow the supplier's APN instructions. Avoid enabling roaming on your home SIM unless you intend to use that service.
Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly reinstall it. Check Wi-Fi, device compatibility and the order's delivery status, then contact support with the order number and error message.
