Compatibility depends on the device model, sales region and carrier lock. Check the manufacturer's current guidance and your phone settings before buying; the model name alone is not a guarantee.

Where is my QR code?
Once the supplier has delivered your order, open My eSIMs in your account. If payment succeeded but delivery is pending, check the order status and contact support with the order number.
When does validity start?
The activation rule belongs to the individual supplier plan. Some plans start at installation, others on network connection. Check the purchased plan's terms before installation or enabling roaming.
Can I add data to the same eSIM?
Original-card top-up is not currently available in release checkout. You can buy a new plan for the destination; it may issue a different eSIM and does not extend the existing card.
Does the plan include calls or SMS?
Do not assume that a data plan includes a phone number, voice or SMS. These services must be explicitly listed in the product's inclusions.
Can I reinstall or request a refund?
QR reuse and reinstallation depend on the supplier. Do not delete your eSIM without confirmation. Review the refund policy and contact support before uninstalling or requesting cancellation.
