How FlyGB collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you browse, purchase, or manage eSIM service.
July 1, 2026We collect account details, contact email, order records, payment status, device and activation information needed to deliver eSIM service.
Payment card and crypto settlement details are processed by payment providers. FlyGB stores provider references and payment status, not full card numbers.
We use information to quote prices, create orders, deliver eSIM profiles, provide support, send service notifications, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Operational logs and audit records are used to secure the platform and investigate payment, refund, or fulfillment issues.
We share only the information required by payment, email, infrastructure, and telecom supplier partners to complete the service.
Records are retained for the period needed for accounting, dispute handling, security, and compliance, then removed or anonymized where practical.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting support. Some records must be retained for legal or anti-fraud reasons.
